How to Return: If you find it necessary to return or exchange items, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase. The items must be in original, resalable condition.

Please include a list of what is being returned, why it is being returned, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If requesting an exchange please list the item you would like sent instead. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging unless it is a manufacturing defect.

If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact customer service and they will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise. It Really Is A "Tough Dog Toy"

I have a power chewer pup and have gone through several toys that claim to be undestructable, long lasting, and "designed for strong chewers". None of them have lasted longer than 5 minutes. The Hurley is one of my dog's favorite toys. I think I need to get more and keep one in each area of the house so I can prevent damage to shoes, rugs, socks, paper, cabinets, pillows...
